APOSTLES CREED WITH THE QUALIFICATIONS
OF AN APOSTLE AND A HOLY PROPHET

APOSTLE’S CREED = I believe in God Almighty, maker (creator) of Heaven and earth: and in Jesus The Christ, God’s only Begotten Son, which is our Lord and Saviour, (Redeemer).

APOS'TLE, n. [L. apostalus; Gr. to send away, to sent.]

A person deputed to execute some important business; but appropriately, a disciple of Christ commissioned to preach the gospel. Twelve persons were selected by Christ for this purpose; and Judas, one of the number, proving an apostate, was replace by Matthias.

Acts 1.

The title of APOS'TLE is applied to Christ himself, Hebrews. 3. In the primitive ages of the church, other ministers were called apostles, Romans. 16; as were persons sent to carry alms from one church to another,

Philippians. 2. This title was also given to persons who first planted the Christian faith. Thus Dionysius of Corinth is called the APOS'TLE of France; and the Jesuit Missionaries are called APOS'TLES.  Among the Jews, the title was given to officers who were sent into distant provinces, as visitors or commissioners, to see the laws observed.

APOS'TLE, in the Greek liturgy, is a book contained the epistles of Paul, printed in the order in which they are to be read in churches, through the year.

APOS'TLE - a person sent by Christ; a messenger; envoy. This word is once used as a descriptive designation of Jesus Christ, the Sent of the Father (Heb. 3:1; John 20:21). It is, however, generally used as designating the body of disciples to whom He intrusted the organization of his church and the dissemination of his gospel, "the twelve," as they are called (Matt. 10:1-5; Mark 3:14; 6:7; Luke 6:13; 9:1). We have four lists of the APOS'TLES, one by each of the synoptic evangelists (Matt. 10:2-4; Mark 3:16; Luke 6:14), and one in the Acts (1:13). No two of these lists, however, perfectly coincide.

Our Lord gave them the "keys of the kingdom," and by the gift of his Spirit fitted them to be the founders and governors of his church (John 14:16, 17, 26; 15:26, 27; 16:7-15). To them, as representing his church, he gave the commission to "preach the gospel to every creature" (Matt. 28:18-20). After his ascension he communicated to them, according to his promise, supernatural gifts to qualify them for the discharge of their duties (Acts 2:4; 1 Cor. 2:16; 2:7, 10, 13; 2 Cor. 5:20; 1 Cor. 11:2). Judas Iscariot, one of "the twelve," fell by transgression, and Matthias was substituted in his place (Acts 1:21). Saul of Tarsus was afterwards added to their number (Acts 9:3-20; 20:4; 26:15-18; 1 Tim. 1:12; 2:7; 2 Tim. 1:11).

Luke has given some account of Peter, John, and the two Jameses (Acts 12:2, 17; 15:13; 21:18), but beyond this we know very little of the original twelve. After the martyrdom of James the Greater (Acts 12:2), James the Less usually resided at Jerusalem, while Paul, "the APOS'TLE of the uncircumcision," usually travelled as a missionary among the Gentiles (Gal. 2:8). It was characteristic of the APOSTLES and necessary:

(1)   Another qualification is: They must have seen the Lord, either in the flesh or in a vision or a dream and be able to testify of Christ’s resurrection from their personal knowledge and of that vision or dream (John 15:27; Acts 1:21, 22; 1 Cor. 9:1; Acts 22:14, 15).

(2.) Another qualification is: They must have been called to that office by Christ (Luke 6:13; Gal. 1:1).

(3.) It was and is, essential that they be infallibly inspired, and thus secured against all error and mistake in their public teaching, whether by “word” or by “writing” (John 14:26; 16:13; 1 Thess. 2:13).

(4.) Another qualification is the power of working miracles, such as signs, wonders and mighty deeds (Mark 16:20; Acts 2:43; 1 Cor. 12:8-11). In 2 Cor. 8:23 and Phil. 2:25 the word "messenger" is the rendering of the same Greek word, elsewhere rendered

(5) Another qualification of the true Apostle is: They must have the God given ability to establish churches!

(6) Another qualification of an Apostle is: They must possess all of the qualifications of an Old Testament Prophet as well as the qualifications of a New Testament Prophet, such as, speaking in the known tongues of the Holy Ghost as the Holy Ghost gives the utterance and in SPEAKING AS and BY the ORACLE OF GOD, for HE IS the ORACLE OF GOD

A HOLY PROPHET = A proclaimer of a  Divine revelation , Interpreter of an Oracle, a Preacher of the Gospel of Christ, one more then humanly wise, one inspired and instructed to speak in the name of God Almighty, one possessing the Mantle of God Almighty!  A prophet, of Almighty God has the evidence of all of these qualifications  AND NOT JUST SOME OF THEM!

(7) Another qualification of an Apostle is: The TRUE Prophet of God, is NOT ONLY a person that prophecies (Speaks In the unknown Tongues of the Holy Ghost and then interprets that message or one that speaks a revelation (Prophecy) without a message in the Unknown Tongue).  However, they must have that qualification AS WELL. The Gift of messages in Unknown Tongues with the interpretation of the Holy Ghost is equal to the gift of prophecy, but speaking a message in the Unknown Tongues of the Holy Ghost and then interprets it  DOES NOT qualify him as a Prophet of God!  That alone, is the evidence, of the gift of prophecy!

(8) Another qualification of an Apostle is: He must also have all of the qualifications and do the work of a Pastor, Bishop, Evangelist, Teacher, Elder and Helps!

If YOU do not have OR possess (with the evidence) ALL of the above qualification, then YOU CANNOT Scripturally call yourself an Apostle of Almighty God!

ARE YOU AN APOSTLE?

DO YOU QUALIFY, ACCORDING TO THE ORACLE OF GOD, AS AN APOSTLE OR HOLY PROPHET OF GOD?

IS IT SCRIPTURAL TEACHING THAT YOU ADVERTISE YOURSELF AS A HOLY PROPHET OF GOD ALMIGHTY? NO!

NOT ONE OF THE HOLY PROPHETS IN THE OLD OR NEW TESTAMENT, ADVERTISED OR CALLED ATTENTION TO THEMSELVES STRICTLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROPHECYING OR PROCLAIMING THEY WERE PROPHETS OF GOD TO EVERYONE SO THEY COULD PROPHECY TO THEM, EDIFYING THEMSELVES, AS A HOLY PROPHET OF GOD,

Do you call yourself a prophet?

If you are calling yourself a prophet, then you are calling attention to yourself and for yourself AND NOT GOD!

YOU THEN ARE PLACING YOURSELF IN COMPETITION WITH GOD

AND YOU ARE NOT GOD!

ONE OF THE REASON THAT I KNOW THAT YOU ARE NOT GOD IS,

YOU DO NOT LOOK LIKE HIM!

You might be the image of God, but nonetheless, God is a Spirit and you are still in the flesh!

John 4:24

God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

In the name of God the Heavenly Father and the Son of God by the power of the Holy Ghost, Amen.
