COME OUT FROM AMONG THEM - PART 1
With this lesson, we will give part of the procedures for coming out from among them. Including coming out from among the IRS, Social Security, the Masonic and other lodges that the devil uses in attempt to keep people in his grip.
The first and prerequisite thing to do is always to repent for being involved with the things of the devil and his toys in the first place.
The next thing to do is to confess and receive the Lord Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour!
Next, is as you continue in prayer to the Lord, you must have faith in God, that He will bring you out of the circumstance that you are in. Remember that all things work together for the good to them that love the Lord and are the called for His sake and His purpose.
We will take each step, one at a time, in attempt to make the transition as smooth as possible to understand. As it is written in the book of Isaiah 28:10 For precept [must be] upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, [and] there a little:
I will attempt to explain how the Lord directed me and brought me out from under the INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE INCORPORATED with no hassle from IRS Inc. and other bondages of Lucifer (the devil). The IRS Inc. had no recourse, pertaining to the procedures that the Lord directed me to use. However, there can be a lot of hassle from the IRS Inc. if certain procedures are NOT FOLLOWED correctly. LET IT BE KNOWN THAT COMING OUT FROM AMONG THEM MUST, BE STRICTLY YOUR, DETERMINATION. The devil and all of those that are in concert with the devil will do everything that they think that they can get by with to pull you back into their devilish clutches. So be prepared to stand your ground with the Lord, pleading the blood of Christ against them and over your Soul. Remembering that they, may kill the body but they, cannot harm your SPIRIT AND SOUL, unless you give it to the devil. Philippians 1: 21 For to me to live [is] Christ, and to die [is] gain. 22 But if I live in the flesh, this [is] the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot not. 23 For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better: 24 Nevertheless to abide in the flesh [is] more needful for you. 25 And having this confidence, I know that I shall abide and continue with you all for your furtherance and joy of faith; 26 That your rejoicing may be more abundant in Jesus Christ for me by my coming to you again. 27 Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel; 28 And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God. 29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake; your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;

The definition of prosperity is having the ability to meet the needs others at the level of their needs BY CHRIST JESUS, Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. 20 Now unto God and our Father [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen.
I used the word MUST in the above paragraph in the sense other then a command, or telling you that you have to do it. You, coming out from among them, is strictly a matter of choice on your part and not on mine. You are liable for your own decisions and actions holding me harmless pertaining to your actions.
I am writing this document for you to use as a guide and your benefit to be of help to you should you make the decision to come out from among the IRS Inc. and those that are in concert with the devil. IRS Inc. commits fraud and they openly admit it.
Fraud is a deception, a lie, an untruth, proclaimed by any means of proclamation, intentional or unintentional, knowingly or unknowingly, written or unwritten.
Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

I don't understand, and as you are already aware, no understanding voids any contract from its inception. Harold Dean Daniels is a Commonwealth Citizen of the Republic of Arkansas and therefore is not a resident of Washington D.C., or any of its possessions, territories, and enclaves scattered across the American Republic.
Further, let the record show that I am not a tax protester, or a
Person who goes about shouting from the roof tops, or shouting
statements about personal affairs of others. I am only concerned, and interested in matters that has an effect on the personal rights of my family, and myself.
Also, would you inform me of when the Internal Revenue Service Inc.
Code, Title 26 USC was passed into law?
Also, would you inform me of the Law that states, the Common Law
Citizen can be compelled to any specific performance, deprived of
life, liberty, property, or money, without due process of law.
Also, it is my understanding, that all taxes can only be levied equally upon all Citizens of the Republic, and not based upon either their income or their property values.
Further, I am Without Prejudice UCC.1-207, I am not concerned
what others do, or not do, as long as they leave my family and I
alone.
Further yet, as you are aware, one's "name" is one's property.
For one's "name" to enjoy Sui Juris status, that "name" must be
free of explicit legal disability resulting from some contract,
indenture, or commercial agreement, which is "held-in-due-course"
by a fellow citizen, corporation, or by an agency of the government.

An exact copy of the above letter was properly addressed and sent to The Internal Revenue Service Inc. (with the exception of the address being changed). Then, I waited the so specified 10 days after I received the Certified and Registered mail receipt that was signed by the recipient of the IRS Inc. and then sent the one below (shown) by Registered and Certified Mail. The only response from IRS Inc. was their standard issue requesting more information and stating "we apologize for any inconvenience that we have caused you."
I wrapped all of the letters that IRS Inc. had sent me together, bundled them up and sent them back to the Internal Revenue Service Inc. unopened via postal service. I have had no response from them since. That was in the year of 1994.
Please note that within each of the letters. I did NOT request from the Internal Revenue Service to be a tax exempt individual or subject!
Immediately after receiving the so stated Certified and Registered letter signed receipts from them and waiting the 10 days, I went to work (temporally) with a PRIVATE Security Company, pulling guard duty for them. Before working for the Private Security Company, they contacted The Internal Revenue Service Inc. and the Social Security because I no longer had a Social Security number. Social Security informed the Private Security Co. that the Private Security was not permitted to withhold anything from my paycheck and that it was mandatory that the Private Security Co. release to me the full amount OF MY MONEY with NO WITHHOLDINGS. Further it was necessary for the Private Security to cut me a separate Check as if I was a Private Contractor. Upon receiving the paychecks from the Private Security Co, there was NO WITHHOLDINGS withheld as previously agreed.

To start with, I had never been informed of my personal rights
pertaining to filing the Corporate Name in the State of Arkansas or Nebraska. Therefore, I simply did not understand. As you are aware, no understanding, by either party of a contract voids that contract from its inception. I still do not understand! When I filed to be incorporated in the State of Arkansas in 1991, I registered that Name so no other could use the Name. When I moved to the State of Nebraska, I found someone else already using the Name. I had to change the Name, and again I was never informed of my rights, especially pertaining to any so called unraveled or adhesion contracts.
As you are aware, one's "Name" is one's property. For one's "Name" to enjoy Sui Juris status, that "Name" must be free of explicit legal disability resulting from some contract, indenture, or commercial agreement, which is "held-in-due-course" by a fellow citizen, corporation, or by an agency of the government.

I do NOT UNDERSTAND! To start with, the Social Security Administration or the Internal Revenue Service Inc. has never informed me of my rights pertaining to Social Security Inc., Internal Revenue Service Inc., adhesion contracts or any unrevealed contract/s by any means. I was told that it was necessary for me to obtain a Social Security number or card before I was permitted employment. I simply did not and do not understand.
As you are aware, no understanding by either party of a contract voids that contract from its inception. Further, I am Common Law Citizen of the Commonwealth State of Arkansas.

Therefore, it is my legal determination that your presentment is under fraudulent unconscionable contract as outlined in UCC.2-302. In addition, your presentment is discharged per UCC.3-601 (2) (3).
In the event you do not have the above contractual documents, will you direct your agent/s, to advise me in writing that further investigation has established that I am not a U.S. Taxpayer under the IRS Code and no further correspondence to me will be issued?
You have (10) ten days, from the date of the receipt of this certified letter, to comply with my request for information.
My request should be easy, as it should right in my personal file on your desk Mr. Director. If you fail to comply, a fault will exist as set forth in UCC.1-201 (16). The cause will be yours and would make null and void all your actions from the beginning as set forth in UCC.1-103. In addition, according to UCC.3-505 (2), your failure to comply promptly with the requested information will invalidate the presentment/s you have made to me in your letters. Your failure to respond to the above request within 10 days of the signed receipt of this letter constitute your agreement and consent of the matters stated herein, and legally establish, that the Social Security Administration Director or Internal Revenue Service Inc. can offer no documents that are being held-in-due-course to dispute the claimed status of Harold Dean Daniels, Sui Juris.

I do not understand! One of your employees, apparently working under your specific direction, has just sent me a bill, and what is supposed to appear as, an alleged tax, and lien, along with penalties and interest. I have attached a copy for you to read for yourself. I am returning this presentment, without dishonor, because I have learned that I have no tax liability. This presentiment by you through your agent Mrs. Nanette Thomasson, indicates an attempt by you both acting in concert to commit constructive fraud (U.C.C.3-305 (2) (b) (c) by trying to induce me to accept it for the benefit of the Internal Revenue Service Inc. and/or its principal(s).
Your agent, apparently acting under your specific guidelines, has provided me with no performance or consideration which would cause me to become indebted on any instrument(s) not bearing my signature per U.C.C. 3-401. Will you direct your agent Mrs. Nanette Thomasson, to send me a copy of the instrument(s) containing my signature that forces me to perform to your demand under agreement, as set forth in U.C.C. 1-201 (3), for my examination?
Will you direct your agent, Mrs. Nanette Thomasson to send me a copy of the SOURCE of income and the description which will designate what "geographical" part of the statutorily defined "United States" it came from, so your claim can be substantiated?
Will you direct your agent Mrs. Nanette Thomasson, under the requirements of U.C.C. 3-805, to send me a copy of any negotiable instrument(s) which you claim I have signed, making the Internal Revenue Service Inc., a holder-in due-course, with the right of presentment and demand?

Each letter was sent to the respected address above. Each letter was sent Certified and Registered mail. With each letter, I waited the specified ten days before I sent the other letter allowing those addressed, proper and respected time to respond to the letter in a Legal manner.

Under the United Nations flag, and each Nation, especially the United States being one of the main guard dogs in CONTROL.
Interpol, Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Scotland Yard, with other world Legal agencies attempting to control the population of the world, each is in a position to inform on the other one for one reason or another. Therefore, each and all of them must be in concert with the other. You notice that I am not naming a lot of them that are involved.
When there is a lot of eye winking, hand shaking, and an enormous amount of agreements under the table so to speak. The world thinks that what they are doing is concealed or hid from all eyes. All of this has paved the way for the devil.
Revelation 13:1

Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is six hundred threescore and six.
Could (A) Revelation 13:1 above, be referring to The British Admiralty Law (which is the Law of the sea) or in other words the Uniform Commercial Codes (UCC). They are also called the Roman Law of Torts (called Tribunals with the court system)?
Could (B) the later part of verse 1 above, be referring to the Seven Hills of Rome (which the Catholic Church sits on)? Could the Pope and those that are in control of all of the Masons, Knights of Columbus, just to name a few which do the eye winking and the shaking of the hand be in agreement or in concert with the devil himself? Further, like the church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints, and Mormon Churches, those people no more worship Jesus Christ the Son of Almighty God then !!!!! However the symbol of Mithra is embedded in the cement over the door of the Mormon Tabernacle in Utah.
Could (C) above in Revelation 13:11, be all of the Churches that have filed with the Internal Revenue Service Inc. therefore, becoming a 501 (C) (3) church which has signed all of their authority over to the devil and have become in agreement (concert) with the Uniform Commercial Codes and are no longer of their own authority. Those Churches have stated that they live and reside in Washington DC which they actually do NOT. THEREFORE, THEY HAVE LIED? Some of the people (Pastors) actually do not know what the 3 time placement of the WORD "LABEL" MEANS, on the IRS Inc. the OMB number is normally in the upper right hand of the forms, such as the U. S. Individual Income Tax Return 1040 forms. All documents that have an OMB number are for FEDERAL EMPLOYEES ONLY! Are you a Federal employee? The devil is deceitful isn’t he?

Taken from Blacks Law dictionary 5th addition, which states: LABEL, anything appended to a larger writing, as a CODICIL.
The definition of the word CODICIL taken again from Blacks Law Dictionary 5th addition which states: A supplement or an addition to a will; it may explain, modify, add to, subtract from, qualify, alter, restrain or revoke provisions in existing will.
